Value is a balance between cost, quality, location, and personal preference. We are experts in land acquisition, we spent over a year researching both the building design and its components, (and it remains virtually unchanged today), figured out what people preferred when it comes to a product like this, and finally added some nice features to enhance the look and feel. As a result, we really messed up! Now we can’t develop and build the exact same building for the same price we did 6 months ago. (the good news is that nobody else can either – or even get close for that matter). What this means is that we set our our price and we raise them as units sell. For you, no matter when you purchase, 6 months later the price of the units will go up either because more units sold after yours or it costs us more to build so we raise the prices. Simply put we don’t negotiate our prices because once you see what you get the value is immediate and recognizable!
The Units will be sold in phases*. All the units are the same shape and size (Approximately 25′ X 50′), and are being offered at the same price**. It will be a first come first serve basis as to the Unit location. Prices are subject to change.

All StorageShopUSA units belong to a condo association specific to that location and have a monthly fee. The fee ranges from $60.00 to $100 per month.
